YOUR FAITH decides YOUR FATE

The world we live in today is encompassed by so many challenges from natural disasters to man-made  disasters; the economy is unstable and in fact experiencing a down turn season, people are running helter shelter, migrating from one country to another, seeking solution and refuge in countries that need solutions themselves. What then is really the solution? Where is the place of refuge?

In terms of a geographical location, it doesn’t look like there is a solution or a place of refuge; however, there is a gift that has been made available to all of mankind- Faith, the key to surviving the times. Unfortunately, many look it in search for something more dramatic and more rational in approach. 


one consistent theme mentioned in the holy bible is the theme of GOD’S love and compassion for mankind and this according to pastor E.A. Adeboye of the redeemed Christian church is unchanging as recorded in the book of Hebrews. Faith is a product of God's love. Trusting Him in the midst of all of the chaos is an act that can make our fate differ from that of other people. Knowing and beliving in the Love of God, builds our faith because we are sure that He has our back no matter what happens. Bearing this fact in mind makes it easier for mankind and believers alike to go through life confident of the fact that that simple and seemingly inconsequential act of believe (faith) in God will certainly make us fulfill our destiny and purpose in life.

Trials and tribulation are inevitable in every nation of world, even in nations with seemingly strong economy have at one time or the other found themselves in a topsy- turvy situation and still do, their leaders are totally clueless and the citizens are left in a dilemma as a result of homelessness, death of family and friends and loss of the means of livelihood.  There will always be unrest in minds of citizens of countries all over the world, whether they be third world or super powers, as a result of one problem or the other. Hardship, suffering, injustice, immorality and everything that causes pain are now with us, we cannot deny but the goodnews is that there is a way of escape. There is a way to live at peace and be full of Joy in the midst of chaos, a place of refuge and a sure way to secure our fate- our faith in God is that way and that place of refuge. 
We hardly have good leaders who are really concerned about the plight of the peole these days, but even when we do have them, there is little they can do to make things better. 

The significant effect of determining our fate through faith is that life becomes characterized by a life style of understanding and beliving in Christ Jesus; His forgiveness, death and resurrection and His Lordship over our lives. 
The salient point which mankind most bear in mind is that despite our experiences, ups and downs and changing archetypes in life endeavors, an assessment of our current state, looking beyond the usual , norms and past glory or intelligence, we must put our gaze on the simple things, beyond normal, regular things and ideas embedded in the deep thoughts of man in anticipation of something better and more tangible- faith in God. This faith is the only antidote in this world of anxiety and pressure, treasure hunting and materialism, terrorism and government underperformance. This faith is the only thing that guarrantees us an enviable fate in this world and in the one to come. Decide your faith and secure fate.
